I was trained as secondary MFL teacher of French and Spanish, I have taught in UK schools for twenty-two years at different keys stages, from Early Years, primary, Secondary, Sixth form and Adult Education. Beside MFL, have also taught Maths, English and Science, History, Geography and RE. My current role at the IOE is a lecturer in Education (ITE) at the Department of Learning and leadership and MA in Education, Department of Curriculum, Pedagogy and Assessment at the IOE, UCL. Previous to this I have also worked at UCL, as a Senior Teaching Fellow in secondary MFL (French & Spanish) education, which I have taught in different ITE programmes, such as PGCE, School Direct, SCITT and Teach First. I was also the course leader for SCITT/ PGCE secondary at Hull University, which I lead and trained PGCE/ SCITT and the whole of the secondary cohort for Hull, Yorkshire and Sheffield. In addition, I have also worked as a teacher educator in secondary MFL education at Birmingham City University at schools in the North-West of England. Previous to this, I have worked as a teacher educator in MFL secondary education (ITE) at Leeds Trinity University and London Metropolitan. Similarly, I have worked as a teacher educator in MFL at Liverpool Hope University and Edge Hill University primary and secondary education and I also worked as a Lecturer, MA in Education at Keele university.
